Today’s scripture reading is Matthew 11:28-30

Today, write down all the things that burden you on a piece of paper. The things you are stressed about, the things that weigh on your mind, the things that cause you the most worry. Write all of them down.

Now fold this piece of paper and place it in an envelope.

Address the envelope to Jesus.

You may either, mail the envelope, burn the envelope, or place the envelope in a box.

On another piece of paper, write all the promises that Jesus and God state in the scripture that you know. If you need to look up a few, feel free to do so. Here is a list if you are unsure.

Write at least ten down.

Tape this list to a place where you will see it everyday and read aloud the promises to yourself
