Today’s scripture reading is 2 Corinthians 1:4-14

When you need comforting, where do you turn to first?

Do you spend time in prayer, talking to God, or do you spend time in your thoughts?

Do you feel you can’t take your problems to God?

Why or why not?

What prevents you from doing that?

Do you know that there is no righteousness of your own that can make you right before God?

Only the righteousness of Christ makes you worthy to take your troubles before God. There is nothing you have done that can separate you from going before our heavenly Father and to seek help or comfort.
