"Henrietta

Electric riffs echo melodically in a cavern of stars over a deep sea in Beautiful Scars EP, by Henrietta Sun. The moment that I hit play on the first track, “Shipwreck” I was immediately caught up on a distant island staring up at the night sky. Equally as melodic and soothing to a weary soul are the songs “Undivided,” “The Refrain,” and the title track “Beautiful Scars.” Each song is excellently delivered in a well written and superb package. It’s way too short. I could have this band on an extended play list. “Hint, Hint, make an album”

Henrietta Sun’s songs were written by a group of Denver Colorado residents, Nate Bullis, Vincent Colbert, Justin Bullis, and Nate Stern are all credited. There’s very little information regarding Nate Bullis other than a private Facebook page and one credit on an album from 1997 in regards to ‘choir vocals.’ Vince Colbert however is a prolific songwriter and you can find out more about the music he writes on his website.

Pick up Beautiful Scars EP for your musical collection from this shy band, it’s not to be missed. http://noisetrade.com/henriettasunmusic/beautiful-scars-ep
